AGM

It is volunteer effort from members that enables the club to function and improve.  Any time you can give - no matter how small or infrequent - is very very welcomed.

Elected Officers

At the AGM we will be looking to elect the following Officers to form the core Management Committee.  Nominations for these roles must be by written proposal, seconded, and tabled at (or before) the AGM:

• President
• Secretary
• Treasurer

Ordinary Committee Members

Once elected the Management Committee will seek volunteers to help with a variety of important roles:

• Logistics
• Events
• Working Group Leaders

Special Business

Consideration of any special business, notice of which has been given to the Secretary twenty-one days before the date of the meeting.
